At Nativu, we create and nurture connections with people and organizations who share our vision of building strong communities and integrating technology with local well-being. Our network of Community Partners plays an essential role in this collective effort, providing meaningful collaboration and mutual benefit.

Our work revolves around the community as a key pillar. Being local means every action is geared towards supporting the people who, day by day, collectively transform a commonplace into an exceptional space.

#WeAreLocal and #WeAreGlobal because we believe in the strength that comes from our unity. Our advisors are residents of the area they represent because we are an integral part of the community, ready to assist you in every project and dream you may have.

Who are our Community Partners?

Community Partners include individuals, organizations, and businesses that align with our goals and fundamental values. Among them, we have professionals directly connected to the real estate, legal, and financial fields, as well as those focused on key community aspects. Beyond solely seeking financial benefits, we aim for a comprehensive alliance that includes the creation of valuable content on networks, building trust, and mutual support.

How do referrals work?

A referral is a fundamental collaboration with our Community Partners. The process involves the following steps:

  • The partner introduces Nativu to potential clients, such as buyers, tenants, or property owners.
  • They share at least the name and contact information (phone, email), and ideally, provide context about their needs.
  • Each referral is documented in NATIVUbase and attributed to the partner for effective follow-up.

In recognition, Nativu compensates partners with a percentage payment based on the generated revenue, highlighting our commitment to the mutual growth.

Collaboration process

It starts with a meeting that allows us to understand the goals and values of both parties.

Detailed information about respective visions and practices is shared, seeking points of connection that strengthen the collaboration.

The shared goals are identified and reviewed as the foundation for ongoing collaboration.

The partnership is formalized through an agreement email and documentation that reflects the terms and commitments.

It starts with a consistent collaborative effort, focusing on achieving shared goals and mutual reinforcement.
