What is due diligence?
The due diligence process is a physical and legal inspection of the property in which experts such as lawyers and architects check that everything is in order and ready to carry out the transfer.
This stage of the transaction may include home inspections, appraisals, legal consultations, etc. Likewise, all the transfer procedures will be done in this negotiation phase.
