Special Educational Needs: A person’s needs arising from his or her abilities or learning difficulties.
Early intervention: Care provided to children between zero and seven years of age to enhance and develop to the maximum their physical, intellectual, sensory and affective potential through systematic and sequential programs that cover all areas of human development, without forcing the logical course of maturation.
