Farms is one of the NATIVU units that stands out, not only because of investment opportunities in active properties in terms of agricultural and livestock production, but also because it also offers a unique experience due to its connection with nature.
Part of what our team of advisors seeks, beyond attending to their own tasks in real estate, is to get involved with the community and with clients, in a genuine, sincere way, and even fun. That is why Alfonso Sancho, the advisor in charge of Nativu Fincas, toured 3 Equis, Pavones and Turrialba, to live first hand the Nativu experience.
“Behind the scenes”
From early in the morning he left San José towards Turrialba. In his way, he visited an UCR event of coffee growers and later, both Don Alfonso and the client, had breakfast on a single road before arriving at the coffee farm.
During the day, they participated in activities such as horseback riding through the mountains and paddocks, visiting the drying plant and the main house of the farm.
I enjoy entering a farm and listening to the owner, the workers and visitors who frequent the property. At that time, there is the magic of understanding the relationship between each other. The sun, rain, mud and sweat are always present in the work of Nativu Fincas.
The tour was helpful, both to better understand the activities of the visited farm and the interests of the client and to interact in an organic and relaxed way.
In general, the farms visited in these areas are engaged in varied agricultural and commercial activities such as: coffee, sugar cane, cocoa, vegetables, dairy cattle and beef cattle, etc.
Likewise, a plus that is given in the area is rural and adventure tourism that attracts a lot to visit the Pacuare River and the Turrialba Volcano. As far as the options are many, tourism, conservation and livestock activity can be combined, increasing the possibilities of higher income for farmers.
Another advantage of the area is that it has excellent weather all year round, for purposes of land use for agriculture and livestock.
