Sometimes fate intervenes to make a transaction that much more special. Such was the case with this rental, where an unexpected family connection made everything go quickly and successfully.

This was the second visit I arranged after placing the ad for a house for rent. The client, upon seeing it, immediately decided that she would take it. The funny thing is that she happened to be a cousin of the owner of the property, which created an atmosphere of total joy and trust between both parties.

The process went incredibly smoothly and everyone was very happy about the family match. Despite receiving many additional calls interested in the house, it is difficult to find properties of this size and price, so this was a great opportunity. I recently contacted them and they are still very happy with their decision.
