Sometimes what begins as a routine rental process can lead to unexpectedly beneficial results. Such was the case with this closing, where a client was looking for a rental, but ended up finding something much bigger.

This person contacted me interested in a property with a rental budget of $850. Although the property was not exactly what he was looking for, we continued to explore options. Working with a local broker, we presented her with another option that ended up being the final rental for $800 per month. During the visit, this person mentioned that he was also looking to buy a lot, but had not found a suitable one in Grecia.

I took the opportunity to show him a 1800 m² lot close to the city center that met his expectations. Two days later we did the inspection and both she and her partner were delighted. So we started the process of buying the property.

The most interesting thing is that, thanks to our flexibility and teamwork, we were able to conclude not only a rental agreement, but also a future sale of the property, which will result in a much more advantageous return for both parties.
