Villas Vista del Volcán seeks the integration of a comfortable life in a safe natural environment. We preserve our natural resources and live in harmony with the environment. The project includes 41 lots of which more than half have already been sold and even have construction and houses.
Villas Vistas del Volcán, has been developed thinking of building a small community, a place to live in harmony with nature and its community. In this project, each owner has the opportunity to build a house to his liking and need, to make his dream a reality. The minimum size of the lot area is 5,000m2 (1.24 acres).
The project has 41 lots of which more than half have already been sold and some even already have buildings and houses. Each offers a minimum of 1.24acres (5,000m2 per lot), and individual sizes range from 5,000m2 to 5,400m2
The average area of the lots is over 1.2acres, 5,000m2 per lot.

- The limit for the construction footprint is 15% of each lot, so that the remaining 85% is available for gardens, forest, and agricultural activities.
- Up to 8073 square feet of construction is authorized.
- Lot owners are not be able to subdivide their lot into smaller parcels. Thus we ensure coverage and ideal space for the entire community.
- Each owner owns his lot with direct property title and registered in the National Property Registry.
- The project has all the necessary approvals for development, including the necessary accesses for water, electricity, and internet services.
Located on a hillside, the Villas Vista del Volcán lots are located just minutes walk from the city of Turrialba. The topography has a small slope towards the East in the city of Turrialba.
It is located 63 km east of the city of San José, in the province of Cartago.
- The main road within the community is owned by each adjacent lot, thus ensuring controlled access only for lot owners in the project.
- The owners of the lots are also the owners of the street, creating equal ground for all.
- The project maintains controlled access at the two entry points of Villas Vista del Volcán
The project is located in the middle of 2 rivers.
To the south is the Quebrada Puente Vargas that has an impressive nature, used by a tourist company for the practice of canyoning.
To the north is the Quebrada San Pedro, full of beauty, native trees and wildlife.
To the west and south the view towards the mountains is impressive.
To the north you can enjoy the view of the amazing Turrialba Volcano.

Small and charming town

Turrialba is a charming little town in the beautiful province of Cartago. The differences in heights and ecosystems in this small territory make it an extremely biodiverse and scenic area. The elevation is about 646 meters above sea level, and lies at the foot of the Turrialba volcano and Turrialba mountain range.
Turrialba is home to the University of Costa Rica (Turrialba campus) plus the Willian Allen Hospital, several clinics and many bank branches. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and many smaller stores and restaurants. English is widely spoken thoughout Turrialba, in part because of the schools and tourism industry, but Turrialba still maintains local flair and culture.
The area is famous for its fresh cheese, Queso Turrialba, which is produced on the high slopes of the volcano and sold throughout the country. It is also the cradle of pejibaye and macadamia production. With an Afro-Caribbean, Tica and indigenous population, Turrialba is a unique mix.
