Or, another good option is to request bi-monthly payments instead of making them monthly, this way you can save problems knowing that you have advance payments.

Contracts: To prevent future tenants from breaking any of the clauses of the contract or making  problems of any kind in the property, a good strategy is to make a contract that includes a clause for the tenant’s visit, so that you can check that the property is in good hands and make sure everything is in order.

In addition to allowing you to build a good relationship with your tenants as long as the intention to help you keep the home in excellent condition is transmitted. We recommend that the visits are always coordinated with the tenants on a quarterly basis and maximum semester.
