Costa Rica has one of the best electric and potable water coverage in Latin America. These two themes are of utmost importance and will have a direct relationship with the price if you want to build, since a relief or topography with a lot of slope makes construction difficult. In addition, this involves adding a soil control system, which means an increase in the final cost of the project.
