The NATIVU team is pleased to announce we will be opening a new area: Grecia! With the help of our advisor Patricia Barrantes, we will be offering new investment opportunities for you to live happy and invest wisely.
The NATIVU Grecia Team
Patricia Barrantes was born and raised in Moravia, but both her mother and father are from Grecia. So she says that from a very young age she visited Grecia on weekends to see the farm and visit her grandparents.
Graduated in veterinary medicine, she started working in an animal drug company in the sales area, and it was there that she fell in love with this branch and worked in this for several years in other companies. 6 years ago she began to live more in Grecia and work with her family in this area. It was then that she decided to combine her knowledge in sales with her passion for helping people and so she became a Real Estate Consultant.
I enjoy the sales process, advising what may be the best in each case, looking for options and getting what is needed. I like to celebrate every achievement, small or big, I consider that every effort leads to a goal, and that is why you have to celebrate.

Why live in Grecia?
Being far away is a benefit…
Many people think that living in Grecia is not good because it is far from the GAM, but in reality this is one of its biggest benefits! It should be noted that there is no need to be traveling to the GAM daily as many people imagine. In other words, unless you have your job or have to visit family, there are no other reasons why you should be leaving Grecia. This is because downtown there is everything that you will need for your daily life. There are: cafes, restaurants, gyms, clothing stores, supermarkets, doctor’s offices, veterinarians, and more! So actually living far from the capital does not mean that you are going to miss out on the experiences they have.
Living away from the GAM is a benefit because it provides more “green” even with being in a town that has all the comforts of a city. It’s having the best of both worlds! According to Patricia Barrantes our advisor in Grecia, you can go hiking in the parks or even just have a picnic there with your family, or enjoy the spas in the area, among many other options!
Very friendly people. People who greet you without knowing who you are, a “good morning!” or a “good afternoon”. Something that I did not believe still existed.

Another benefit of living in Grecia is the friendly people in the area and the lifestyle they lead. Our advisor tells us that compared to the lifestyle of San José, which is very busy, in Grecia they live more calmly. And this has been of great benefit to her family who have always been from San José. The change of pace for the day to day can be beneficial for mental and physical health, in addition the nature also brings many health benefits as well.
